The Homeowners Advisory Committee and the Board jointly suggest/develop projects that are beneficial to the community.

The Committee consists of seven members appointed for three year terms. Each member may serve two terms. At least one resident from each subdivision is asked to work with the Committee to advise the Board of Directors of concerns of residents.

The Architectural Control Committee reviews and approves plans for new construction, additions, decks, docks, fences, pools, storage sheds and other structures. The Committee may add or modify PIPOA construction regulations, and, infrequently, grant certain variances, as approved by the Board of Directors.

Members are appointed by the Board of Directors to staggered three year terms. Each member may serve two terms.

The Canals and Waterways Committee consists of three members and meets at irregular times to review activities related to water activities, such as new signage in the canals, and other matters or concerns of the residents and Board of Directors.

Special Committees are formed to assist with specific problems of the Board and residents.
