To Be Announced - Architectural Control Meeting, POA Office

March 23, 2010 5:30 p.m. - Board of Directors Meeting

The Homeowners Advisory Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at the Association offices. The Board and the Committee jointly suggest/develop programs or projects that are beneficial to the community. The monthly meeting is also used to present information to Committee members of Board actions and other items to be shared with residents.

The Committee consists of seven members appointed for three year terms. Each member may serve two terms. At least one resident from each subdivision is asked to work with the Committee to advise the Board of Directors of concerns of residents.

The Architectural Control Committee
meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at the Association offices. Five members are appointed by the Board of Directors to staggered three year terms. Each member may serve two terms. Members review and approve plans for new construction, additions, decks, docks, fences, pools, storage sheds and other structures. The Committee may add or modify PIPOA construction regulations, and, infrequently, grant certain variances, as approved by the Board of Directors.

The Canals and Waterways Committee
consists of three members and meets at irregular times to review activities related to water activities, such as new signage in the canals, and other matters or concerns of the residents and Board of Directors.

Special Committees are formed to assist with specific problems of the Board and residents.
