Operation ID:

Stylus engraving pens are available in the POA office for your use to engrave computers, TV's, Cell Phones, tools, etc.  If you are the victim of a burglary, the engraving will help police return the items to you.  The pens may be checked out for a two-week period at no charge.

 Boat Ramp Stickers:

Use of the Padre Isles Boat ramps require an annual sticker on the tongue of the trailer and a Padre Islander blue sticker on the rear window of the vehicle. Both stickers may be obtained at the POA office. New 2010 stickers area available at the POA office 

 Litter Critter:

Newsletters:

The Quarterly Newsletter are posted on the web site on the homepage bottom right corner. If you prefer to read the Newsletter on line, please notify us and we will remove your name from the mailing list. You will still receive all other Association information by mail unless requested to GO GREEN.

Fire Ants:

An environmentally friendly cure for FIRE ANTS is pour two cups of CLUB SODA(carbonated water) directly in the center of the fire ant mound. This will suffocate the queen and other ants. The whole colony will be dead in days. Club soda leaves no poisonous residue, so it will not contaminate the ground or water, and it will not harm your pets.

Termites:

A homeowner on the Island discovered Formosan termites on his property. They are very aggressive and destructive. We can provide the name of a company which has treated other homes in the Coastal Bend.

US Coast Guard Auxiliary About Boating Safety Class:

Boating Safety Class $45.  Children (13-17) can obtain TPW permit. Course can qualify for Insurance Discount.  U S Coast Guard safety inspections can be requested. Contact Monica Walker at 361-658-1394.
