News From the PIPOA
The next Padre Isles Property Owners Association board meeting will be held at the Wyndham Corpus Christi Resort, 15202 Windward Drive, on December 12, 2023 at 5:30 PM.
The next ACC meeting will be held at the PIPOA office on December 7, 2023 at 5:30 PM.
Canal Connection
Diamond Beach Holdings, LLC (“DBH”), delivered the final portion of information required to complete the flow study last week, including the Diamond Beach Holding’s canal dimensions. With this information, the PIPOA engineering consultant, Anchor QEA, should have the computer modeling completed this week with a full report ready for the December 12 Board Meeting. The PIPOA is also having a bathometric study done of the Cruiser and Gypsy canal to establish the existing canal contours prior to connecting to the DBH canal system.
PIPOA 2024 Boat Ramp Policy
The PIPOA Board has been working on clarifying the 2024 Parking Rules for the Association’s boat ramps. The Association has posted a draft of these rules on the Association’s website at www.padreislespoa.net. PIPOA members are invited to contact the PIPOA with comments, concerns, or questions. Submittals should be in writing and can be submitted to the Executive Director, Gary Klepperich, at gary@pipoa.net. The Board will consider these updated parking rules along with member comments at the December 12th Board Meeting with the intention of adopting them before January 2024.
